Kami Labs is small on purpose. Whoever joins works on live client systems in their first weeks and is trained by me directly, not parked with a team lead.
I do not screen on CGPA, college tier, or DSA rounds. I screen on what you have built and on how honestly you can describe where it broke.
We take what works from wherever we find it, and we bend systems until they do what the work actually needs. If that is already how you operate, this is the right ship.
This form is long on purpose. It asks for what a resume cannot carry. Fill it properly and you will hear back from me.
